Cycling requires desire, resolve, and commitment.
To work on an amateur cycling team,
racers must desire speed on a bicycle. From a natural place inside their soul, beginning racers must seek to ride better.
There are actually many details required to be in good form, and even a few more to "being" considered, "fast."
Riding with others is one track to getting there.
